Yoga: classes are 60 minutes/1 hour long and are tailored towards your level (beginner or intermediate). Choose between Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or a blend of both.
Meditation: learn a variety of meditation and mindfulness practices to find which best suits you at this moment.
Retreats: all retreats are based around the spectacular outdoors, enabling greater connection of body, mind, spirit and earth. Highlights of our retreats include Hatha and Nidra yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices, and discussions around general wellbeing.
