Yoga is about taking responsibility for yourself, and this includes inside and outside the classroom. Yoga is not about pain, but discovering a connection between the movements of your body, your breath, and your mind's awareness on the two practices.
It is about generating harmony within so that you can take this harmony out into your world with you.
Standard classes are practiced in the following format, but are subject to change depending on each student:
~ Hatha Yoga postures (Asana)
~ Breath work (Pranayama)
~ Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
