Yoga is about taking responsibility for yourself, and this includes inside and outside the classroom. Yoga is not about pain, but discovering a connection between the movements of your body, your breath, and your mind's awareness on the two practices.
It's about embodiment - becoming present with yourself.
It is about generating harmony within so that you can take this harmony out into your world with you.
Classes available for beginner and intermediate learners.
